Hey hey, Chicago! All the Ravinia symphonic soul sisters out there - raise those hands up high! You guys ready for another season of picture perfect concerts and events right here at the Pavilion - filled with sounds from some of the best orchestras and conductors out there?! Here in Chicago you know we love to go ham - and bringing you the best is our standard. So now, with Louis Langree taking the stage in his conducting debut with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, great things are expected to happen.
Bringing you an evening of all of Mozart’s greatest and most emotional works. On Sunday August 10th, Louis Langree and pianist Garrick Ohlsson are set to bring us the best moments from the life changing composer - including playing progressions like La Clemenza, Concerto No.22, and many other favorites from the legend - and backed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

Louis Langree is a French conducting legend who has had a meteoric rise in the symphonic space on an international level for the last three decades. Beginning his career in France, he has traveled throughout Europe and the UK as a household conductor and director for many prominent orchestras around the globe - including The National Orchestra of Lyon, Picardile, and the Mostly Mozart Music Festival in New York City. He is the king when it comes to Mozart and Mozart IQ - which is why we’re so excited to have him here for our very own Mozart day party at Ravinia. And now - all we need is you!
